Hines and Main Line Health have partnered to redevelop St. Charles Borromeo, a former Catholic seminary located in Lower Merion Township, Pennsylvania. The redevelopment project will repurpose the historic building into a state-of-the-art Health and Wellness Village that will offer a wide range of uses and amenities, including a mix of medical offices, senior housing, apartments, condos, and retail, as well as a boutique hotel.
The 73-acre seminary redevelopment aims to preserve the architectural and historical significance of the seminary, while also creating a vibrant and sustainable community for all to enjoy.
