Tabler Station Logistics Park, located in the fast-growing Southern I-81 submarket, is a 148-acre industrial park with excellent access to I-81 and a large labor force. The project, designed by Powers Brown Architects and Pennoni Engineering, consists of three buildings totaling approximately 1.6 million square feet. Given its Martinsburg location, Tabler Station Logistics Park allows service to the Washington D.C. market, in addition to Baltimore, Richmond, Pittsburgh, Philadelphia, and New York in less than four hours. The park is within a one-day drive of four of the top 10 United States (U.S.) Metropolitan Statistical Areas (MSAs) and more than 30% of the U.S. population.

Phase one consists of two Class A, 365,400 SF, cross-docked industrial buildings totaling 730,800 SF. Construction of phase one was completed in Q1 of 2023.
