Jonathan Weaver

Mr. Weaver joined Hines in May 2020 as a Director within Portfolio Management and supports capacity the European Value Fund series as well as HEPP in the daily portfolio management operations. Prior to joining Hines, Mr. Weaver spent nearly three years leading the Luxembourg office of Saltgate, a Fund administration business specialising in the alternative investment sector with a number of leading real estate clients. Prior to this, he spent over 10 years at Pradera, where in his last role he was Fund Finance Director with responsibility for the financial, reporting and fund management of a number of Pan-European real estate funds with a total AUM of + €1Bn. Mr. Weaver started his career as an auditor and previously worked at Arthur Andersen and Deloitte in London where he specialised in the audits of both listed and non-listed real estate clients.

Mr. Weaver is a qualified Chartered Accountant (ACA) and has a Bachelor’s Degree in Geography from King’s College London.
