Carol Sha

Ms. Sha joined Hines in 2006 and serves as Managing Director, Human Resources. She is responsible for the overall HR functions for Hines Asia Pacific Region and establishing Hines China HR policies and programs. She is responsible for HR support for each individual project in the country by building project teams, retaining talent and downsizing or transferring teams when projects are completed. She also works closely with Hines Asia Pacific senior management and Hines Central to establish and maintain a strong Hines culture and ensure stable core teams for each venture in an ever-changing labor market.

Sha earned both her BA in English Language and her MA in English Linguistics from the Harbin Institute of Technology.
