Grant Jaber

Grant Jaber is Managing Director of Multifamily at Hines. He is responsible for the coordination of multifamily development activity in the East Region including NorthLight Edge-on-Hudson, Sleepy Hollow, NY, The Whit Wooster Square, New Haven, CT, and Revio, Revere Beach, MA.

Prior to joining Hines in 2018, Mr. Jaber spent over 10 years at AvalonBay Communities, Inc. responsible for initiating and managing new development of multifamily apartment communities in Westchester County, NY and Connecticut. Over his tenure at AvalonBay, Mr. Jaber was involved in the development of over 3,600 apartment homes primarily in the counties of Fairfield, CT and Westchester, NY, representing approximately $992 million in total development activity. Among others, Mr. Jaber was involved in the development of Avalon Green, Wilton, Shelton, Norwalk, East Norwalk, Ossining, Somers, and Yonkers.

Grant earned his Master of Science, Finance from Boston University along with a BA in Electrical Engineering at University of Vermont. He is a member Urban Land Institute and Real Estate Finance Association of Connecticut.
