(PARIS) – Hines, the international real estate firm, is pleased to announce that Patrick Albrand has been appointed president of Hines France. Albrand began with Hines in 1995 when the firm entered the French market. Albrand succeeds Olivier de Dampierre, who will stay with the firm as a senior advisor in charge of major development projects and president of the subsidiary Hines Holding France II.
Assisted by Patrick Bosque, managing director – property development and Xavier Musseau, managing director – investment management, Albrand will lead the Hines France team supervising all Investment Management and Development activities.
Albrand has been working for more than 25 years in the real estate sector. From 1989 to 1994, he worked as Director of Development for Stim Entreprises in the Bouygues Group. He received his Master of Architecture from the Beaux Arts Architectural School in Paris in 1980, as well as his Master of Real Estate from Columbia University in New York in 1988. He started his career as Senior Researcher in the Applied Science division of Lawrence Berkeley Laboratory in Berkeley, California from 1983 to 1987.
