28 Madeleine, Place de la Madeleine, is a prime three-story retail building in the heart one of Paris’ most popular shopping districts.
With a prestigious location in the 8th arrondissement of Paris, 28 Madeleine incorporates 15,629 square feet of open floor space, with a covered and paved inner courtyard. The property was the former home of the Pinacothèque art gallery.
28 Madeleine is leased in its entirety to The European Parliament as the home of its ‘Europa Experience - Paris’ space which will give the public the chance to embark on a European adventure via multimedia tours and interactive tools. The objective will be to discover more about how the European Union works and its role in the everyday lives of Europeans, taking inspiration from exhibitions in the ‘Parlementarium’ in Brussels - which has attracted numerous visitors.
The Europa Experience exhibition will open in 2022.
