In 2007, Hines, on behalf of its Pan-European Core Fund, acquired Eurosquare 1, an office building in St. Ouen, Paris. Completed in 2003, Eurosquare 1 comprises 165,990 square feet of office space distributed over seven floors above ground floor. It is located on Boulevard Victor Hugo, the main artery of the growing business district of St. Ouen. In 2021, the automated metro line 14 extended to St. Ouen with the opening of a station facing the building. This provides direct access to the building from the center of Paris. This line is part of the Grand Paris extension project and will connect to the Orly Airport by 2024.
