About Metropolitan

Completed in September 2003, Metropolitan is Poland’s most advanced Class A office building. Located on the historic Pilsudski Square, this multi-use building combines 361,700 square feet of office area with 37,030 square feet of retail and services. There are two levels of underground parking with a capacity for 415 cars. Designed by Lord Norman Foster, the project introduced the Polish market to a new standard of building systems and finishes. Hines sold the building in 2006.
