The Neptun Office Center is the first such modern high-rise office building in Gdansk. It is situated in the most attractive location in Gdansk—its commercial center—at Aleja Grunwaldzka 103A, the main thoroughfare connecting downtown Gdansk with Sopot and Gdynia.
The building provides its tenants with 16,000 sqm of modern A-class space on 19 floors, as well as 160 parking spaces in a three-story underground parking lot. The first floor houses an attractive reception hall and retail outlets, while the second floor will feature fully equipped conference rooms and a canteen.
The modern architecture combines glass, aluminum, and steel, providing the building with a uniquely elegant air. The Neptun Office Center was designed by AHR Architects and constructed by Budimex S.A. It has been awarded the environmental BREEAM certification.
The property was delivered in January 2014.
