Description

In Q4 2022 and Q1 2023, HEPP acquired its first industrial and logistics Portfolio in the UK targeting meaningful rent reversion in the short-to-medium term. The portfolio consists of five industrial and logistics facilities located in the northern logistics corridor of England and were purchased off-market. All assets are supported by modern transportation access and strong supply/demand imbalances. We believe targeted capital improvements will enhance asset value, and there are opportunities for the implementation of essential ESG and sustainability measures.
