In June 2024, HUSPP acquired Lenox and Quinn, two multifamily residential towers on the Jersey City waterfront. Located a short walk from a Port Authority Trans-Hudson (PATH) train station and the Paulus Hook ferry terminal, the property offers convenient access to Manhattan. It also has abundant amenities within walking distance and is situated in one of New Jersey’s most highly rated public school districts.
Managed by Hines Living, Hines’ multifamily property management division, the luxury residences feature state-of-the-art appliances and top-tier amenities such as private roof-deck pools.
HUSPP plans to enhance value through strategic upgrades, including the transformation of underutilized areas into co-working spaces and the refinement of furnishings and finishes to better align with current residential preferences. Additionally, there is potential to consolidate the existing fitness centers, converting one into rentable space.
