In 1982, Hines continued its record of success by entering the Dallas/Fort Worth market with the development of the landmark Galleria, the city’s largest mixed-use complex. Since then, the firm has developed and managed a broad array of office, retail, residential and industrial properties. Serving as one of the main office locations for the Southwest Region, the Hines team has developed a number of high-profile projects in the area, including: The Stack, a commercial office development in Deep Ellum; The Victor; a 40-story luxury high-rise tower in Victory Park; and Maple Terrace, a mixed-use project in Uptown Dallas that includes residential, office, and retail. The Hines team has also developed more than 15,000 single-family lots across 5,000+ acres in the Dallas/Fort Worth area.

With over 30 years in the Denver metro area, Hines has developed and managed an expansive portfolio of office, retail, residential and industrial properties throughout Colorado. Serving as one of the main office locations for the Southwest Region, landmark projects include Aspen Highlands Village, River Valley Ranch in Carbondale and Zephyr Mountain Lodge in Winter Park. The firm is also a significant player in the office category, having developed 1515 Wynkoop and 1601 Wewatta in downtown Denver and with the skyline-changing 1144 Fifteenth, currently under construction.

Hines first ventured into the Austin/San Antonio Market in 1975. Since then, the team has developed, acquired or managed a diverse portfolio of office, residential, hotel and industrial properties for a number of clients and investment partners. Serving as one of the primary office locations for the Southwest Region, key projects include the development of Bank of America Tower in Austin and the Westin Riverwalk Hotel in San Antonio.

In 1996, Hines entered the greater Phoenix market with the development of the dual-building 24th at Camelback. Since then, the firm has developed, acquired or managed a broad portfolio of office, retail and industrial properties. Serving as one of the main office locations for the Southwest Region, important projects include the development of One and Two Park Square in Albuquerque, NM; Glendale Multi-Purpose Arena, home to the Phoenix Coyotes of the National Hockey League; and the ownership and management of Renaissance Square in Phoenix.

Based in Mexico City, Hines Mexico and Central America was established in 1994. Since then, the firm has completed more than 30 development projects in 10 cities across Mexico and Panama. Hines is also the largest property manager of Class A office and industrial space in the region and has added to its portfolio through acquisitions, alternative investment structures and third-party development and construction management contracts.
