Since then, the firm has developed and managed a broad array of office, retail, residential and industrial properties. Serving as one of the main office locations for the Southwest Region, the Hines team has developed a number of high-profile projects in the area, including: The Stack, a commercial office development in Deep Ellum; The Victor; a 40-story luxury high-rise tower in Victory Park; and Maple Terrace, a mixed-use project in Uptown Dallas that includes residential, office, and retail. The Hines team has also developed more than 15,000 single-family lots across 5,000+ acres in the Dallas/Fort Worth area.
