Sam Bisla

Mr Bisla is the Managing Director and Head of Living, Australia at Hines. In his current role, he leads the firm’s expansion into the living sector, focused on establishing and building Hines Australia’s build-to-rent multifamily platform. With 18 years of experience, Sam has been instrumental in the creation of the Home Residential build-to-rent platform, working to originate, execute and finalise transactions to enable the growth of the funds under management to in excess of $2 billion, as well as the establishment of the operational and leasing teams.

Bisla earned a bachelor’s degree in Genetics and holds a master’s degree in both Law and Finance.
