(FLOWERY BRANCH, GA) – Hines, the global real estate firm, today announced the start of construction on Thurmon Tanner Logistics, a state-of-the-art industrial park comprised of three buildings in Flowery Branch, Georgia, a fast-growing submarket outside of Atlanta.
Construction will begin with Building A, a 445,000-square-foot rear-load building with 36-foot clear heights. Building B and C will commence construction in Q2 2022 and will be over 265,000 and 110,000 square feet respectively, both buildings will be rear-load configuration and will have clear heights of 32 feet. Despite the smaller building footprint, Building B and C will have above standard trailer parking, sharing a total of 98 trailer stalls. Once complete, the overall project will consist of three buildings with over 825,000 square feet of class-A industrial warehouse built to latest and most modern building specifications. Given its easy access to I-985, strategic location, and proximity to Atlanta; Thurmon Tanner Logistics will be highly sought after by tenants looking to service the needs of Atlanta as well as the Carolinas.
