(DALLAS) – The Dallas office of Hines, the international real estate firm, announced today that Ran Holman will join Hines on April 25 as a Vice President-Development in the firm's Southwest Region.
Holman will lead Hines' commercial development efforts in that market with a primary focus on the office, industrial and multifamily sectors. His office will be located in Hines' Chase Tower in the Dallas Arts District.
Most recently, Holman was founder/principal of Extant Commercial, LLC in Dallas where he provided sourcing, advisory and underwriting services to institutional and private commercial real estate investors, as well as providing brokerage and construction management services in key Texas markets.
Prior to that, he was a Vice President-Real Estate Development with Opus West Corporation, where he was responsible for the firm's North Texas real estate operations.
