In April 2022, Hines and Walton Street Capital acquired 21801 Barton Road, a 10-acre industrial redevelopment site in the City of Grand Terrace submarket of the Inland Empire. The City of Grand Terrace is a commercial and industrial hub in the Inland Empire area, with demand from national credit tenants, 3PLs, and bulk warehouse users.
21801 Barton Road will be developed into a Class-A industrial facility, featuring a 36-foot clear height and a flexible design to accommodate different tenant bases. Additionally, the project will include ESFR sprinklers, skylights, LED lighting, and up to 4,000 amps of power capacity.
