In 2017, Hines was hired as development manager for The Lumen, a luxury 318-unit, 34-story apartment tower with approximately 280,000 square feet of rentable residential space, 22,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor amenity space and a 550 stall parking garage.
Conceived by architecture, interior design and planning firm SCB, amenities include a courtyard terrace with grill area and fireside lounge; electric car charging and car wash stations; a pet spa; bike storage and repair station; concierge services; business and fitness centers; and a heated lap pool.
The project is well located at the corner of Euclid Avenue and East 17th Street within the Playhouse Square District and was completed in December 2021. In October 2023, Hines was re-engaged by the Ownership group to provide property management services.
