In 2013, Hines, in a joint venture with the National Pension Service of Korea (NPS), acquired the Siemens Forum office building in Munich from Siemens AG.
The six-story, 278,634-square-foot office was completed in 1998 and designed by Richard Meier. Hines refurbished the property, which is located on the block between Finken Str., Kardinal Doepfner Str. and Oskar-von-Miller Ring.
Apart from its representative address and representative reception lobby, the building is characterized by high-quality build-out and efficient floorplans. In addition to the public transport connection, the building also has a large number of parking spaces.
Hines sold the property in April 2019.
